The Lutron P-PKG1P-WH is a Caséta Wireless kit with a plug-in lamp dimmer and a compatible Pico remote controller. Both the plug-in dimmer and the remote control come in an elegant white color. They interface immediately and wirelessly through the Lutron's Clear Connect system, allowing for two points of access in the room.

The Lutron dimmer works simply by being plugged into the wall outlet. Then, up to two table or floor lamps can be plugged into the dimmer's receptacles and you're ready to go. It's compatible with dimmable incandescent and halogen lights up to 300 watts, as well as energy-efficient dimmable LED and CFL bulbs up to 100 watts. These lamps can then be simultaneously dimmed to the perfect level of light. This dimmer can also turn them immediately off or on in the push of a button.

The lamps connected to the dimmer can then be controlled by the compact Pico remote controller which is included in this order. The remote features buttons that increase and decrease the lights and switch them on or off, as well as a button for saving your favorite lighting level. Lutron offers wall and tabletop mounting add-ons for this remote, which are sold separately. This can create a convenient wall-switch for lamps without running any wiring.
