The Lutron MS-OPS6M2U-DV-WH is a neutral or ground wire Maestro occupancy sensing switch in white. This switch uses passive infrared sensors to automatically control lighting in an area. An occupancy switch turns on when motion is detected in a room, though, this model can be set to only turn on manually if desired. It will also turn off automatically when no motion has been detected in a room for a set period of time (either 1, 5, 15 or 30 minutes). This can significantly reduce lighting costs.
