The Lutron DVCL DVCL-253PH-WH is a single pole, three way dimmer that is designed for use in areas such as your kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and other living spaces. This dimmer works with LED and Compact Fluorescent (CFL) dimmable bulbs, as well as halogen and incandescent bulbs, and is more reliable than standard dimmers on the market.
Using the UL listed Lutron DVCL-253PH-WH dimmer will provide you with energy savings because of your CFL and LED bulbs, but will still offer the ability and convenience to dim. This dimmer is compatible with a number of CFL and LED manufacturers, such as Cree, EcoSmart, Feit, Lighting Science and more.
The Lutron DVCL-253PH-WH will help you avoid the inconveniences of standard dimmers used with CFLs and LEDs, such as your lamps turning off before the dimmer slider reaches the lowest setting.
